- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★We used this coach company to transport guests to and from our wedding. Before the day of our wedding I had sent exact times and locations of the pick up points for day and evening guests. However my day guests were picked up over an hour late, meaning that I actually passed some of my guests waiting at the pick up point while I was in my wedding car on my way to the venue. This then meant that my driver had to take me a de-your to give the guests time to get to the venue before me. The bus eventually picked up the guests and the driver did not apologise to any of my guests, he just said he didnt have any pick up details which wasnt true and if it was would have meant he was driving around East Kilbride just looking for anyone that resembled a wedding guest!!! Again when picking up the evening guests the bus was late (not as late as before but my guests were still waiting for quite a while). The day after my wedding I checked my emails and found one from the bus company manager which was sent the night before my wedding saying he couldnt find the email with the details and hoped I would get the email in time to reply with the details, obviously I wouldnt be checking my emails the evening before my wedding and it would have been easier for him to call me but he didnt. I was appalled at the service of this company, I sent an email of complaint after our wedding but received no reply and no offer of compensation after paying £850 for company which didnt provide a dependable service. I would never recommend this company to anyone, no bride and her ok should have to deal with this sort of stress on their wedding day!!!!By Admin, April 16, 2018
